2 weeks ago, our garage door opener was not working. Mark checked and of course, we couldn't replace just what we thought was broken with a part from Home Depot, he had to go to a specialty store to find the part. There he found out that it was probably the door spring not the opener. A $300 dollar fix!
I was then cleaning the garage and found water near the hot water heater. No good. Another $500+ later. Then the next day, the family room tv stopped working. Ugh.... and of course the following weekend his lawn mower broke.
I'm telling you, so much for being able to enjoy our upcoming vacation.
